the staff was friendly. they was also very helpful. the beach club was our go to spot and we loved it. it was a beautiful and historic hotel to stay at.
the hotel rooms, was very run down and dated. it need some serious repairs throughout.

Really good Sea View stay

The front desk offered a courtesy suite for relax. They told us we could keep the suite for the stay. Perfect sea view was fabulous. Staff is excellent and the hotel is filled with museum pieces. Parking of our hire car was taken care of.
The bathroom seemed slightly odorous. It was also dusty and could do with a deep clean.

The hotel is central to everything. We saw the dome of the hotel as we returned from day trips. The hotel is right on the Promenade des Anglais. It is a fabulous location.

The bar and lounge has delicious drinks. It also has a great view, and seems like what I expect. The hotel combines amenities of a large luxury hotel. It also combines the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The staff at the beach club was really good, especially Daniel. He made sure we had everything we needed.
My cocktail experience was REALLY bad. I received a frosty welcome at the bar. I was actually told the bar was for residents only. The service was slow and inattentive. It really wasn't what I expected.
